Rhyme Scheme: ABC DEF GHI JGK ALM BNO

She stared at my face without blinkingA
and smiled like a rising sunB
holding my hand massaging it with hersC
-
I thought the roots had caught waterD
and soon the leaves will flourishE
but they were shedding behind her smilesF
-
Screaming at her right begging a man I couldn't seeG
A dirty duvet that's the most painfulH
a beloved taking a diverging road at your sightI
-
Farewell beloved farewellJ
The stammering pierced through meG
and the man didn't open my sight to beg himK
-
The mat got wet and began floatingA
Water for the mountain climb she tookL
and her bird flew out of the fleshM
-
I bewail grief has covered the blanket of exultationB
He didn't give a sight of the eggs or the chickensN
and up a mountain they took a voyageO

Poet's note: "A road she took", is a poem I wrote when I was inspired by an Indian movie. It's all about your lover dieing while massaging your palm. It means a lot. Love and Lost!!!!
