The Blind God Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAABB CDCCEFEFD

Streaked with immortal blasphemiesA
Betwixt His twin eternitiesA
The Shaper of mortal destiniesA
Sits in that limbo of dreamless sleepB
Some nothing that hath shadows deepB
-
The world is only a small poolC
In the meadows of EternityD
And men like fishes lying coolC
And the wise man and the foolC
In its depths like fishes lieE
When an angel drops a rodF
And he draws you to the skyE
Will you bear to meet your GodF
You have streaked with blasphemyD
