| Sere life of mine sometimes numb | C |
| Leashes my dreams like one fastens lace | A |

| With gloomy and dim loads | E |
| But i must flow with the course of life | D |
| Which is Seemingly an endless race | A |

| Like a murre of any ocean | F |
| I too want to plunge for my goals | G |
| Which somehow append emotion | F |
| And leave me exempt from all noxious strife | D |

| But my grievous life's lap | H |
| Not somewhat of a relief | I |
| Never hears my sigh and license me stop a gap | H |
| And will never hear ever in my notion | F |
