Amethysts Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAC DEDF GDGD

My eyes forgot the heavens blueA
To them the sun s dust is not goldB
But I live just one substance throughA
That s to the amethyst s planes ownedC
-
Cause that that drunker than young springD
And troubling stronger than ideaE
The lilac fires have to singD
And coldly play with colors hereF
-
And for the heart with pain and shameG
A dream comes tender and deceivingD
As a crystal in the candles flameG
To stay in cold of lilac singingD
