The lover entered the matrimonial paradiseA
She gazed at the partial empty voidB
She smelt his absence that would forever lustC
Her ring finger twitched and her eyes stared at a flowerD
-
She stood a long surreal moment of disbeliefE
The flower dazzled with its morning fresh glowF
Innocently awaiting its burial by the brutal shift of the sunG
She on the other hand would save the blameless flowerD
-
Hot boiling blood evaporated within her veinsH
They condensed in her heart and stung like a beastI
She would forever curse the beauty of a flower that only flowersJ
She would forever upload the flowers beauty in her perpetual breastK
-
Time was tickingL
Thresholds of the flower were giving upM
It dazzled all she needed was to hold it tender it and sniff itN
Her lover left her whole only her ring finger had lost shapeO
-
She moved towards the immaculateN
She took it in her hands and marveled at its magnificenceJ
The beauty that will be floppy in timeP
The beauty that will be sucked dry like her glamorous bodyQ
-
The closer she got she was the flower and the flower was herD
The lover left the flower the flower was still pushing new petalsJ
She wanted to read the lover s messageR
She closed her eyes sprinkled her soul with smilesJ
-
She sniffed the first drop of its fragranceJ
The magic travelled through tunnels of her nostrilsJ
Through the bumpy ride traffic jam long ques the magic survivedS
The magic hit the brain which to her it was a matter of microsecondsJ
-
She closed her eyesJ
Her pineal gland whitened the canvasJ
She begun the ritual of beautyQ
The fragrance spoke and the writing was on the canvasJ
-
Beauty isn t a mare feeling it s the order of the cosmosJ
Flowers wither for they want to remind us of importance of vanitiesJ
Vanities have developed cities vanities have imitated natureD
Beauty is symmetrical geometrical beauty is physically in fluxJ
But essentially beauty makes no change it forever support those who feel itN
-
She breathed through the ritual and the canvas was archivedN
She sniffed the last drop of the dying flowerD
The weak magic took longer to travel the million microsecond journeyQ
She held on to faith maybe she was looking for too muchT
-
She sat there waiting for the miracle of this weak magicU
The petals of the flower had grown into deathV
She knew she had to pushW
She begun to pray for the thing that her cruel lover left herD
-
Tears dripped all over her soulX
The magic was soon becoming a confused chemicalY
Her immunity had already sent soldiers to destroy it at onceJ
Her prayer sent soldiers sent the magic crawling to victoryQ
-
Before the soldiers caught the magicU
One of its legs had stepped onto the finishing lineZ
Tradition allows that to pass the soldiers retreatedN
The prayer was still in transitN
-
The magic had hit the brain but the prayer was in transitN
Her lover had left her the flower that dies her heart wanted to saveA2
Her lover had left a ritual she thought would reuniteN
Her brain would be damaged in a few seconds before completionG
-
She could not send another prayer for her redemptionG
She forever wanted beauty and she was giving her lifeB2
She remembered many of her unanswered prayersJ
Maybe if she had sniffed the flower a bit earlier or maybe notN
-
Her lover left her a flower and she forever held it in her handsJ
Her prayer never went through but her soul leftN
Her soul became the dream of her loverD
She forever flowers in the beauty of every womanG

Poet's note: One day I sat in my bedroom and I just moving my eyes around and I begun to notice that I had spent money wall paintings and that time I was broke. I begun to notice that even my clothing was somewhat expensive and I begun to ask myself questions if this was worth it. I grabbed a book written by Paulo Coelho "Manuscript found in Accra" they discussed about feeling good with being elegant. I noticed that happiness begins with feeling confident in one's unique inner beauty. I think beauty never dies as long as we feel happy inside.
