But who said love is blindA
Who said it knows not borders and classB
That no one knows from where it comesC
Just as where it later goesD
Time has disputed this successfullyE

Love has eyes that sees the poor and richF
It knows borders of struggle and affluenceG
Love lives in bank accountsH
And goes where money goesD
Dies with dying accountsH
-
No time is wrong againI
Love is blind in other creationJ
Not in human beingsK
Not in social classesL
Not in colours and racesL
Not in societal statusM
Like begets like sums it upN
And love is handed in down generationJ
What a big freedom in pollinationJ

Poet's note: The poem is about how human beings have blocked the natural flow of love for all and sundry making attachments to material wealth, education and social classes. So sad indeed.
