Sleep Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCAACCADEFDEF

Lull me to sleep ye winds whose fitful soundA
Seems from some faint Aeolian harp string caughtB
Seal up the hundred wakeful eyes of thoughtC
As Hermes with his lyre in sleep profoundA
The hundred wakeful eyes of Argus boundA
For I am weary and am overwroughtC
With too much toil with too much care distraughtC
And with the iron crown of anguish crownedA
Lay thy soft hand upon my brow and cheekD
O peaceful Sleep until from pain releasedE
I breathe again uninterrupted breathF
Ah with what subtle meaning did the GreekD
Call thee the lesser mystery at the feastE
Whereof the greater mystery is deathF
