Thy factories and forges never rest | B |
Thou art enriched in all things bought and sold | A |

But dost thou prosper Better news I crave | C |
O dearest country is it well with thee | D |
Indeed and is thy soul in health | E |
A nobler people hearts more wisely brave | C |
And thoughts that lift men up and make them free | D |
These are prosperity and vital wealth | E |
