To Love Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CCDA EEDA

Why should I blush to own I loveA
'Tis Love that rules the realms aboveA
Why should I blush to say to allB
That Virtue holds my heart in thrallB
-
Why should I seek the thickest shadeC
Lest Love's dear secret be betray'dC
Why the stern brow deceitful moveD
When I am languishing with loveA
-
Is it weakness thus to dwellE
On passion that I dare not tellE
Such weakness I would ever proveD
'Tis painful though 'tis sweet to loveA
