Sonnet (as Thus Oppressed With Many A Heavy Care) Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAACCADEEDFF

As thus oppressed with many a heavy careA
Though young yet sorrowful I turn my feetB
To the dark woodland longing much to greetB
The form of Peace if chance she sojourn thereA
Deep thought and dismal verging to despairA
Fills my sad breast and tired with this vain coilC
I shrink dismay'd before life's upland toilC
And as amid the leaves the evening airA
Whispers still melody I think ere longD
When I no more can hear these woods will speakE
And then a sad smile plays upon my cheekE
And mournful phantasies upon me throngD
And I do ponder with most strange delightF
On the calm slumbers of the dead man's nightF
