They Who Prepare My Evening Meal Below Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABCBC DDEAEA

They who prepare my evening meal belowA
Carelessly hit the kettle as they goA
With tongs or shovelB
And ringing round and roundC
Out of this hovelB
It makes an eastern temple by the soundC
-
At first I thought a cow bell right at handD
Mid birches sounded o'er the open landD
Where I plucked flowersE
Many years agoA
Spending midsummer hoursE
With such secure delight they hardly seemed to flowA
