Though I've done the best canB

'I've bled and I've blistered him and to dayD
I bought him a monster ballE
But blow the horse let me do what mayD
He won't get fat at allE

And linseed oil and branB
And yet the brute looks awfully poor '-

One glance the intelligent stranger threwG
At the ribs of the hollow weedH
Then asked with an innocent air 'Did youG
Forget to give him a feed '-
