The Bee Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAB CDCD AEAE FGHG

Now Ellen stop screaming and running awayA
And come here and listen to meB
Is it true my dear daughter I want you to sayA
That you're foolishly scared by a beeB
-
The bee is as frightened as you are my dearC
For he can't tell the way to get outD
And as for his sting that you never need fearC
If you do not run crying aboutD
-
If you were to catch him why then I dare sayA
You'd soon feel his sharp little stingE
But if you sit still at your work or your playA
Be sure that no harm he will bringE
-
So wipe off these tears and never againF
Give way to so foolish a frightG
For if you indulge it 't will cost you much painH
And no one will want you in sightG
