Sunday Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE BGHG IJEK

God made the day of restA
The holy Sabbath dayB
For us to think and talk of HimC
And not for work or playB
-
I'll put away my toysD
Safely the night beforeE
And Sundays I'll be very stillF
Till Monday comes once moreE
-
And then mamma will sayB
That though I am so smallG
I yet can please the great good GodH
Who takes care of us allG
-
I love these Sabbath daysI
Which God to us doth giveJ
And may I love them more and moreE
Each day and year I liveK
