The Furnace Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDED BFGHB

My people are burning from a fire of liesA
systematically created to keep them ablaze and drowning whenever they floatB
Like the ancient burning bushC
They cannot be consumed but their minds are being fumed with decietB
Forcing them out of the land of their ancestorsD
They've been told they're standing on blessed holy ground therefore they should remove their shoesE
Which in this case are the right's to the land of their forefathersD
-
The terrible smoke from the flames fills the precious lungs with political racial religion oxideB
That chokes on them causing them to painfully cough and gasp for airF
Breathing out hate and prejudice on one anotherG
The furnice is full with my peopleH
Now that is a flaming story never toldB
