Stanzas In Meditation: Stanza I Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOJOPQR OKJSTAU

I caught a bird which made a ballA
And they thought better of itB
But it is all of which they taughtC
That they were in a hurry yetD
In a kind of a way they meant it bestE
That they should change in and on accountF
But they must not stare when they manageG
Whatever they are occasionally liable to doH
It is often easy to pursue them once in a whileI
And in a way there is no reposeJ
They like it as well as they ever didK
But it is very often just by the timeL
That they are able to separateM
In which case in effect they couldN
Not only be very often present perfectlyO
In each way whichever they choseJ
All of this never matters in authorityO
But this which they need as they are alikeP
Or in an especial case they will fulfillQ
Not only what they have at their instigationR
Made for it as a decision in its entiretyO
Made that they minded as well as blindedK
Lengthened for them welcome in reposeJ
But which they open as a chanceS
But made it be perfectly their allowanceT
All which they antagonise as once for allA
Kindly have it joined as they mindU
