To A Poet Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABBCCDDEFGGCHIIJJII K

Oh be not led awayA
Lured by the colour of the sun rich dayA
The gay romances of songB
Unto the spirit life doth not belongB
Though far between the hoursC
In which the Master of Angelic PowersC
Lightens the dusk withinD
The Holy of Holies be it thine to winD
Rare vistas of white lightE
Half parted lips through which the InfiniteF
Murmurs her ancient storyG
Hearkening to whom the wandering planets hoaryG
Waken primeval firesC
With deeper rapture in celestial choirsH
Breathe and with fleeter motionI
Wheel in their orbits through the surgeless oceanI
So hearken thou like theseJ
Intent on her mounting by slow degreesJ
Until thy song's elationI
Echoes her multitudinous meditationI
