Who is Gabriel Awuah Mainoo

Gabriel Awuah Mainoo is a multiple award winning Ghanaian poet, raised as a sportsman by his father in football, racket sports and photography. He pursues tertiary education at the university of Cape Coast. Mainoo is a special prize winner of Soka Matsubara international Haiku contest, winner of 2021 Africa Haiku Prize, Forty Under 40 Awards for Authorship and Creative writing, LFP/ RML/ Library of Africa and the African Diaspora chapbook winner. Prize winner in the 2022 Stephen A. Dibiase Poetry Contest & semifinalist of the Jack Grape International Poetry Prize.
