Spring Storm Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBA CDCD EFGF HICJ

I love a storm in early MayA
When springtime's boisterous firstborn thunderB
Over the sky will gaily wanderB
And growl and roar as though in playA
-
A peal another gleeful cheeringC
Rain raindust On the trees beholdD
The drops hang each a long pearl earringC
Bright sunshine paints the thin threads goldD
-
A stream downhill goes rushing recklessE
And in the woods the birds rejoiceF
Din Clamour Noise All nature echoesG
The thunder's youthful merry voiceF
-
You'll say 'Tis laughing carefree HebeH
She fed her father's eagle andI
The Storm Cup brimming with a seethingC
And bubbling wine dropped from her handJ
