Is she nested Does she kneelD
In the twilight stillyD
Lily clad from throat to heelD
She my virgin LilyD

Soon the wan the wistful starsB
Fading will forsake herE
Elves of light on beamy barsB
Whisper then and wake herE

Let this friendly pebble pleadF
At her flowery gratingG
If she hear me will she heedF
Mabel I am waitingG

Mabel will be deck'd anonC
Zoned in bride's apparelD
Happy zone O hark to yonC
Passion shaken carolD

Sing thy song thou tranc egrave d thrushH
Pipe thy best thy clearestI
Hush her lattice moves O hushH
