Again Endorsing The Lady, Ii Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCD EFEFGG HFHFII

I thought that I was wholly freeA
That I had Love upon the shelfB
Hereafter I declared in gleeA
I'll have my evenings to myselfB
How can such mortal beauty liveC
Ah Jove thine errings I forgiveD
-
Her tresses pale the sunlight's goldE
Her hands are featly formed and taperF
Her well the rest ought not be toldE
In any modest family paperF
Fair as Ischomache and brightG
As Brimo Qu que queen is rightG
-
O goddesses of long agoH
A shepherd called ye sweet and slenderF
He saw ye so he ought to knowH
But sooth to her ye must surrenderF
O may a million years not traceI
A single line upon that faceI
