The 40th Singapore Lecture was delivered by His Excellency François Hollande, President of the French Republic, on 27 March 2017 under the distinguished Chairmanship of Mr Tharman Shanmugaratnam, Deputy Prime Minister and Coordinating Minister for Economic and Social Policies, Singapore.
