The Ballad Of The Proverbs Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGH IJKLMNOH PPJFQRSH TUCVWXYH ZA2UB2

So rough the goat will scratch it cannot sleepA
So often goes the pot to the well that it breaksB
So long you heat iron it will glowC
so heavily you hammer it it shattersD
So good is the man as his praiseE
so far he will go and he's forgottenF
so bad he behaves and he's despisedG
So loud you cry Christmas it comesH
-
So glib you talk you end up in contradictionsI
So good is your credit as the favors you gotJ
So much you promise that you will back outK
So doggedly you beg that your wish is grantedL
so high climbs the price when you want a thingM
so much you want it that you pay the priceN
so familiar it gets to you you want it no moreO
So loud you cry Christmas it comesH
-
So you love a dog Then feed itP
So long a song will run that people learn itP
So long you keep the fruit it will rotJ
So hot the struggle for a spot that it is wonF
so cool you keep your act that your spirit freezesQ
so hurriedly you act that you run into bad luckR
so tight you embrace that your catch slips awayS
So loud you cry Christmas it comesH
-
So you scoff and laugh and the fun is goneT
So you crave and spend and lose your shirtU
So candid you are no blow can be too lowC
So good as a gift should a promise beV
So if you love God you obey the ChurchW
So when you give much you borrow muchX
So shifting winds turn to stormY
So loud you cry Christmas it comesH
-
Prince so long as a fool persists he grows wiserZ
so round the world he goes but return he willA2
so humbled and beaten back into servilityU
So loud you cry Christmas it is hereB2
