The Naughty Day Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHFH IJKJ LMNM AFBF OPKP

I've had a naughty day to dayA
I scrunched a biscuit in my hairB
And dipped my feeder in the milkC
And spread my rusk upon a chairB
-
When mother put me in my bathD
I tossed the water all aboutE
And popped the soap upon my headF
And threw the sponge and flannel outE
-
I wouldn't let her put my handG
Inside the arm hole of my vestH
I held the sleeve until she saidF
I really never SHOULD be dressedH
-
And while she made the beds I foundI
Her tidy and took out the hairsJ
And then I got the water canK
And tipped it headlong down the stairsJ
-
I crawled along the kitchen floorL
And got some coal out of the boxM
And drew black pictures on the wallsN
And wiped my fingers on my socksM
-
Oh this HAS been a naughty dayA
That's why they've put me off to bedF
He CAN'T get into mischief thereB
Perhaps we'll have some peace they saidF
-
They put the net across my cotO
Or else downstairs again I'd creepP
But see I'll suck the counterpaneK
To PULP before I go to sleepP
