Trust,
A bridge that's quickly burned
A melody that wears frowns
An echo that heralds aches
A tale of two cities
Trust,
A lie beautifully maneuvered
Wreathed upon the tongue
A walk away from wisdom's way
A gift from genuine quislings
Trust,
A wound chopping off believes
A lie so religious
An armor for disrespect
A wraith rich in wiles
Trust,
A mistake so grave
A torment that taunts and blur reasonings
A loss so enticing and haunting
Ah, comatose to your sanity
