a Mickey Mantle Louisville Slugger bat holyA

A grown man now I do confess to findingC
one pose you strike on your new blue yoga mat holyA

No reason if it helps you stalk the tigerD
not to call its trim and pungent scat holyA
-
Would you please shut that squalling monster upE
although in theory I find the little brat holyA

the crowd at the reading by saying It's not all that holyA

Can we agree to stop calling every last thingC
that makes our little hearts go pitter pat holyA

Perhaps someday I'll take the begging bowlF
and call each last flea tick and gnat holyA

Don't be so pleased with that so called self of yours EricG
till you call the fires of the Benares ghat holyA
