Spirit Love Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAABCBBDEDEED

How great my joy How grand my recompenseA
I bow to thee I keep thee in my sightB
I call thee mine in love though not in senseA
I share with thee the hermitage immenseA
Of holy dreams which come to us at nightB
When through the medium of the spirit lensC
We see the soul in its primeval lightB
And Reason spares the hopes it cannot blightB
It is the soul of thee and not the formD
And not the face I yearn to in my sleepE
It is thyself The body is the stormD
The soul the star beyond it in the deepE
Of Nature's calm And yonder on the steepE
The Sun of Faith quiescent round and warmD
