Age And Death Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCCDEED

Come closer kind white long familiar friendA
Embrace me fold me to thy broad soft breastB
Life has grown strange and cold but thou dost bendA
Mild eyes of blessing wooing to my restB
So often hast thou come and from my sideC
So many hast thou lured I only bideC
Thy beck to follow glad thy steps divineD
Thy world is peopled for me this world's bareE
Through all these years my couch thou didst prepareE
Thou art supreme Love kiss me I am thineD
