Rhyme Scheme: ABCDEFGHIJI KGLGJMGNG NCOPQNRST

Dear March come inA
How glad I amB
I looked for you beforeC
Put down your hatD
You must have walkedE
How out of breath you areF
Dear March how are youG
And the restH
Did you leave Nature wellI
Oh March come right upstairs with meJ
I have so much to tellI
-
I got your letter and the birds'K
The maples never knewG
That you were coming I declareL
How red their faces grewG
But March forgive meJ
And all those hillsM
You left for me to hueG
There was no purple suitableN
You took it all with youG
-
Who knocks That AprilN
Lock the doorC
I will not be pursuedO
He stayed away a year to callP
When I am occupiedQ
But trifles look so trivialN
As soon as you have comeR
That blame is just as dear as praiseS
And praise as mere as blameT
