Retrospect Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCD EFGF HIJK LMNO PQRQ SQTQ

'T was just this time last year I diedA
I know I heard the cornB
When I was carried by the farmsC
It had the tassels onD
-
I thought how yellow it would lookE
When Richard went to millF
And then I wanted to get outG
But something held my willF
-
I thought just how red apples wedgedH
The stubble's joints betweenI
And carts went stooping round the fieldsJ
To take the pumpkins inK
-
I wondered which would miss me leastL
And when Thanksgiving cameM
If father'd multiply the platesN
To make an even sumO
-
And if my stocking hung too highP
Would it blur the Christmas gleeQ
That not a Santa Claus could reachR
The altitude of meQ
-
But this sort grieved myself and soS
I thought how it would beQ
When just this time some perfect yearT
Themselves should come to meQ
