What Is Right Living? Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBCDEBFGHIJKBL

What is right living Just to do your bestA
When worst seems easier To bear the illsB
Of daily life with patient cheerfulnessB
Nor waste dear time recounting themC
To talkD
Of hopeful things when doubt is in the airE
To count your blessings often giving thanksB
And to accept your sorrows silentlyF
Nor question why you suffer To acceptG
The whole of life as one perfected planH
And welcome each event as part of itI
To work and love your work to trust to prayJ
For larger usefulness and clearer sightK
This is right living pleasing in God's eyesB
Though you be heathen heretic or JewL
