Two Loves Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHIH JBKB

The woman he loved while he dreamed of herA
Danced on till the stars grew dimB
But alone with her heart from the world apartC
Sat the woman who loved himB
-
The woman he worshipped only smiledD
When he poured out his passionate loveE
But the other somewhere kissed her treasure most rareF
A book he had touched with his gloveE
-
The woman he loved betrayed his trustG
And he wore the scars for lifeH
And he cared not nor knew that the other was trueI
But no man called her his wifeH
-
The woman he loved trod festal hallsJ
While they sang his funeral hymnB
But the sad bells tolled ere the year was oldK
For the woman that loved himB
