True Culture Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCDE FGHIJK

The highest culture is to speak no illA
The best reformer is the man whose eyesB
Are quick to see all beauty and all worthC
And by his own discreet well ordered lifeD
Alone reproves the erringE
-
When thy gazeF
Turns in on thine own soul be most severeG
But when it falls upon a fellow manH
Let kindliness control it and refrainI
From that belittling censure that springs forthJ
From common lips like weeds from marshy soilK
