Time Enough Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFE GHIHAJKJ ALMLNEOE

I know it is early morningA
And hope is calling aloudB
And your heart is afire with Youth s desireC
To hurry along with the crowdB
But linger a bit by the roadsideD
And lend a hand by the wayE
Tis a curious fact that a generous actF
Brings leisure and luck to a dayE
-
I know it is only the noontimeG
There is chance enough to be kindH
But the hours run fast when the noon has passedI
And the shadows are close behindH
So think while the light is shiningA
And act ere the set of the sunJ
For the sorriest woe that a soul can knowK
Is to think what it might have doneJ
-
I know it is almost eveningA
But the twilight hour is longL
If you listen and heed each cry of needM
You can right full many a wrongL
For when we have finished the journeyN
We will all look back and sayE
On life s long mile there was nothing worth whileO
But the good we did by the wayE
