Three-fold Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABACAC DEDEFGFG HIHIFJKJ ALALMNMN

Somewhere I've read a thoughtful mind's reflectionA
'All perfect things are three fold' and I knowB
Our love has the rare symbol of perfectionA
The brain's response the warm blood's rapturous glowB
The soul's sweet language silent and unspokenA
All these unite us with a deathless tieC
For when our frail clay tenement is brokenA
Our spirits will be lovers still on highC
-
My dearest wish you speak before I word itD
You understand the workings of heartE
My soul's thought breathed where only God has heard itD
You fathom with your strange divining artE
And Like a fire that cheers and lights and blessesF
And floods a mansion full of happy heatG
So does the subtle warmth of your caressesF
Pervade me with rapture keen as sweetG
-
And so sometimes as you and I togetherH
Exult in all dear love's three fold delightsI
I cannot help but vaguely wonder whetherH
When our free souls attain their spirit heightsI
E'en if we reach that upper realm where God isF
And find the tales of heavenly glory trueJ
I wonder if we shall not miss our bodiesK
And long at times for hours on earth we knewJ
-
As now we sometimes pray to leave our prisonA
And soar beyond all physical demandsL
So may we not sigh when we have arisenA
For just one old time touch of lips and handsL
I know dear heart a thought like this seems daringM
Concerning God's vast Government aboveN
Yet even There I shrink from wholly sparingM
One element from this our Three fold LoveN
