The Undiscovered Country Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBA CDECDE

Man has explored all countries and all landsA
And made his own the secrets of each climeB
Now ere the world has fully reached its primeB
The oval earth lies compassed with steel bandsA
The seas are slaves to ships that touch all strandsA
And even the haughty elements sublimeB
And bold yield him their secrets for all timeB
And speed like lackeys forth at his commandsA
-
Still though he search from shore to distant shoreC
And no strange realms no unlocated plainsD
Are left for his attainment and controlE
Yet is there one more kingdom to exploreC
Go know thyself O man there yet remainsD
The undiscovered country of thy soulE
