The Other Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABAAB CDCCD EFEEF AGAAG HIHHI AJAAJ KEKKE

All alone with my heart to nightA
I sit and wonder and sighB
What is she like is she dark or lightA
This other woman who has the rightA
To love him better than IB
-
We never have spoken her name we twoC
There was no need somehowD
But she lives and loves and her heart is trueC
From the very first this much I knewC
So why should it hurt me nowD
-
I fancy her tall and I think her fairE
Oh fairer than I by halfF
With sweet calm eyes and a wealth of hairE
And a heart as perfectly free from careE
As is her silvery laughF
-
She loves rich jewels that flash in the lightA
And revels in costly laceG
And first in the morning and last at nightA
She kisses one ring on her finger whiteA
How came those tears on my faceG
-
She has all best things to make life sweetH
Youth and beauty and goldI
And a love that renders it quite completeH
I wonder why from my head to my feetH
I feel so deathly coldI
-
Yet in all the store of her great delightA
And she has so much so muchJ
She cannot be gladder than I in the brightA
Sweet smile he gave her when he said good nightA
And his warm hand's close kind touchJ
-
I must put out the light and go to bedK
I wonder would she careE
If she knew when I knelt with low bowed headK
I prayed for her but that I saidK
His name the last in my prayerE
