The Invisible Helpers Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBACC DDEEFFGHGI JKKLMMN OOPBB

There are there areA
Invisible Great Helpers of the raceB
Across unatlased continents of spaceB
From star to starA
In answer to some soul's imperious needC
They speed they speedC
-
When the earth loving young are forced to standD
Upon the border of the Unknown LandD
They come they come those angels who have trodE
The altitudes of GodE
And to the trembling heartF
Their strength impartF
Have you not seen the delicate young maidG
Filled with the joy of life in her fair dawnH
Look in the face of death all unafraidG
And smilingly pass onI
-
This is not human strength not even faithJ
Has such large confidence in such an hourK
It is a powerK
Supplied by beings who have conquered deathL
Floating from sphere to sphereM
They hover nearM
The souls that need the courage they can giveN
-
This is no vision of a dreamer's mindO
Though we are blindO
They live they liveP
Filling all spaceB
Invisible Great Helpers of the raceB
