Robin's Mistake Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFE FGC AHIH GJGJKBCB LMNMO PK

What do you think Red RobinA
Found by a mow of hayB
Why a flask brimful of liquorC
That the mowers brought that dayB
To slake their thirst in the hayfieldD
And Robin he shook his headE
'Now I wonder what they call itF
And how it tastes ' he saidE
-
-
'I have seen the mowers drink itF
Why isn't it good for meG
So I'll just draw out the stopperC
And get at the stuff and see '-
But alas for the curious RobinA
One draught and he burned his throatH
From his bill to his poor crop's liningI
And he could not utter a noteH
-
-
And his head grew light and dizzyG
And he staggered left and rightJ
Tipped over the flask of brandyG
And spilled it every miteJ
But after awhile he soberedK
And quietly flew awayB
And he never has tasted liquorC
Or touched it since that dayB
-
-
But I heard him say to his kindredL
In the course of a friendly chatM
'These men think they are above usN
Yet they drink such stuff as thatM
Oh the poor degraded creaturesO
I am glad I am only a bird '-
Then he flew up over the meadowP
And that was all I heardK
