Preaching Vs Practice Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCB DEFE GHIJ KLML KNON

It is easy to sit in the sunshineA
And talk to the man in the shadeB
It is easy to float in a well trimmed boatC
And point out the places to wadeB
-
But once we pass into the shadowsD
We murmur and fret and frownE
And our length from the bank we shout for a plankF
Or throw up our hands and go downE
-
It is easy to sit in your carriageG
And counsel the man on footH
But get down and walk and you'll change your talkI
As you feel the peg in your bootJ
-
It is easy to tell the toilerK
How best he can carry his packL
But no one can rate a burden's weightM
Until it has been on his backL
-
The up curled mouth of pleasureK
Can prate of sorrow's worthN
But give it a sip and a wryer lipO
Was never made on earthN
