Not Anchored Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AAB CCC BBB DDD

My heart is like a ship that finds no restA
Tossed here and there upon the stormy breastA
Of loves of many hearts too oft conferredB
-
Thy love is like the harbour safe and stillC
Into whose calm that ship may glide at willC
Under the slope of God's Eternal WillC
-
So near the perfect peace that knows no wordB
Yet with an empty white emotion stirredB
It folds its wings like some contented birdB
-
At rest and yet not anchored and some dayD
Out of the restful peace of this calm bayD
The winds of Fate will drift it far awayD
