Keep Going Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABACD EFE D GHG D IJIJD

Is the goal distant and troubled the roadA
And the way longB
And heavy your loadA
Then gird up your courage and say 'I am strong 'C
And keep goingD
-
Is the work weary and endless the grindE
And petty the payF
Then brace up your mindE
And say 'Something better is coming my way '-
And keep doingD
-
Is the drink bitter life pours in your cupG
Is the taste gallH
Then smile and look upG
And say 'God is with me whatever befall '-
And keep trustingD
-
Is the heart heavy with hope long deferredI
And with prayers that seem vainJ
Keep saying the wordI
And that which you strive for you yet shall attainJ
Keep prayingD
