| I see with the spirit's sight | B |
| That many a nauseous weed of wrong | A |
| Has root in a seed of right | B |
| For evil is good that has gone astray | C |
| And sorrow is only blindness | D |
| And the world is always under the sway | C |
| Of a changeless law of kindness | D |

| The commonest error a truth can make | E |
| Is shouting its sweet voice hoarse | F |
