Heaven And Hell Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBAABBA CDDCEE

While forced to dwell apart from thy dear faceA
Love robed like sorrow led me by the handB
And taught my doubting heart to understandB
That which has puzzled all the human raceA
Full many a sage has questioned where in spaceA
Those counter worlds were where the mystic strandB
That separates them I have found each landB
And Hell is vast and Heaven a narrow spaceA
-
In the small compass of thy clasping armsC
In reach and sight of thy dear lips and eyesD
There there for me the joy of Heaven liesD
Outside lo chaos terrors' wild alarmsC
And all the desolation fierce and fellE
Of void and aching nothingness makes HellE
