Assertion Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABABCD EFEFGG HIHIJJ

I am serenity Though passions beatA
Like mighty billows on my helpless heartB
I know beyond them lies the perfect sweetA
Serenity which patience can impartB
And when wild tempests in my bosom rageC
Peace peace I cry it is my heritageD
-
I am good health Though fevers rack my brainE
And rude disorders mutilate my strengthF
A perfect restoration after painE
I know shall be my recompense at lengthF
And so through grievous day and sleepless nightG
Health health I cry it is my own by rightG
-
I am success Though hungry cold ill cladH
I wander for awhile I smile and sayI
It is but for a time I shall be gladH
To morrow for good fortune comes my wayI
God is my father He has wealth untoldJ
His wealth is mine health happiness and goldJ
