A Warning Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABBACD EFFEGG

There was a flame oh such a tiny flameA
One fleeting hour had spanned its birth and deathB
But for a silly child with playful breathB
Who fanned it into fury It becameA
A mighty conflagration Ah the costC
House home and thoughtless child alike were lostD
-
Lady beware Fan not the harmless glowE
Of admiration into ardent loveF
Lean not with red curled smiling lips aboveF
The flickering spark of sinless flame and blowE
Lest in the sudden waking of desireG
Thou like the child shalt perish in the fireG
