| A forest dream where flies | C |
| In and out the boughs so various leaved | E |
| This bird with the pinhead eyes | C |

| Then praised be this today whose light | E |
| Revealed this fabulous tree | B |
| And original owl which many a night | E |
| Will lead into mystery | B |
