Trustful Ma Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEDE AFCFGCGA

Ma has every confidence in PaA
She says she knows he always does what's rightB
He's not at all like some folks' husbands areC
Whose conduct very often is a frightB
She says that she can trust him anywhereD
An' know he'd never think of doing wrongE
But when he meets a widow young an' fairD
Ma never leaves them chatting very longE
-
Ma never has a single doubt of PaA
An' she is very thankful too for thatF
She says she knows he'd never go too farC
Besides he's growing old an' bald an' fatF
But just the same when we have friends for teaG
An' Ma has shown 'em where their places areC
Although she trusts him most implicitlyG
She never puts the pretty girls by PaA
