A Toast To The Men Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: ABCBDEFEGHIHJKLK MNONPQRQSOTOUBMB

Here's to the men Since Adam's timeA
They've always been the sameB
Whenever anything goes wrongC
The woman is to blameB
From early morn to late at nightD
The men fault finders areE
They blame us if they oversleepF
Or if they miss a carE
They blame us if beneath the bedG
Their collar buttons rollH
They blame us if the fire is outI
Or if there is no coalH
They blame us if they cut themselvesJ
While shaving and they swearK
That we're to blame if they decideL
To go upon a tearK
-
Here's to the men the perfect menM
Who never are at faultN
They blame us if they chance to getO
The pepper for the saltN
They blame us if their business failsP
Or back a losing horseQ
And when it rains on holidaysR
The fault is ours of courseQ
They blame us when they fall in loveS
And when they married getO
Likewise they blame us when they're sickT
And when they fall in debtO
For everything that crisscross goesU
They say we are to blameB
But after all here's to the menM
We love them just the sameB
