Better A Widow Poem Rhyme Scheme and Analysis

Rhyme Scheme: AABB CDAA BBEE BBFF GGHH IJKL MMNN

Before I put my hand into the ringA
I've always dreamt and wished for one thingA
To have a man who'd love and cherish meB
A man with vision goal and that can understand meB
-
I tied the knot with easeC
Not aware of the character that won't ceaseD
The journey was sweet at the beginningA
Things became bitter with the bells of poverty ringingA
-
I talked to him but a rock was heB
I had pity on my personal efforts because he became a goateeB
I began questioning within loneliness began flowing like a streamE
My past desires and wishes were lost in the present streamE
-
Swimming in self pityB
Standing on the fence of divorces cityB
Hitting my head on sorrows city wallF
My efforts Ah Are all fallen like Jericho wallF
-
My faith rejects divorceG
But the gravity of loves forceG
Lacking in his worn out characterH
Has given me a name Mara and has taken away laughterH
-
A man wrapped in laziness clothI
No amount of words can change it's worthJ
With his lips meat is put into the soupK
This makes his children to start thinking of a coupL
-
Oh I wish I had eyes like the sunM
To see into the far east from the Galaxy and with funM
I'll not have even thought of living with a manN
It's better a widow than with a lazy manN
